Traffic was disrupted near Breton, Alta. on Wednesday as emergency crews responded to a rollover and vehicle fire.
At around 10:55 a.m., police were called to the area of Highway 39 at Range Road 45 after a truck hauling lumber rolled. The RCMP said the vehicle then caught fire and the truck and lumber were engulfed in flames.
The driver was the only person in the truck at the time and he was uninjured.
As of 4 p.m. on Wednesday, RCMP expected the road to be closed for at least another two hours.
Breton is located about 110 kilometres southwest of Edmonton.
