A St. Thomas man is facing charges after police responded to a dispute between neighbours at a north-end apartment.
Officers say the incidents included a swinging golf club and verbal threats.
Police responded to the situation on Thursday around 10 p.m., where they say a 33-year-old man was arrested.

He’s been charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and four counts of breach of probation.
Police say the suspect is being held in custody pending a court appearance.
