If you were stuck behind the wheel today, or caught in the crunch when the Canada Line went down, the snow that socked Metro Vancouver in on Friday was probably not very much fun.
Between six and 15 centimetres had already fallen on Metro Vancouver by early Friday night, and Environment Canada forecast more on the way.
But not everyone was sorry to see a late season “snowmageddon” hit the region.
From North Vancouver to the Fraser Valley, there were plenty of people who delighted in the unexpected snow day, many pulling out their cameras to catch fun and goofy moments, or gorgeous snapshots of their city blanketed in snow.
