DHX Media, the Halifax-based company behind Peanuts, Teletubbies, Caillou, and the Degrassi franchise is exploring its financial options after its stock took a hit last week due to poor financials.
According to a press release, options include the sale of part or all of the company, a sale of some of its assets or a merger with another company.
The company has said it’ll form a special committee in order to explore all options.
