Police give all-clear after suspicious package found in Montreal

Several streets around the Henri-Bourassa Metro have reopened Tuesday morning after police determined a suspicious package wasn’t dangerous.

The package was found Monday night.

Upon discovery, police took no chances and established a perimeter in the area.

The perimeter was lifted at around 3 a.m.

Metro service continued as normal while officers were on the scene.
