New Brunswick RCMP are investigating a case of vandalism that saw the inside of an under-construction home splattered with wood stain.

Photos show brown wood stain smeared and splashed across walls, floors and down a set of stairs inside a home being built by Reagon Construction Ltd.

Police say someone broke into the home on Sandstone Drive in Fredericton sometime between Dec. 1 and Dec. 5 and caused “severe damage.”
