The holiday season is upon us, and Netflix Canada is bestowing many gifts upon us before the year closes out.
Really, there’s no better time to cozy up on the couch and binge-watch a few shows. It’s no coincidence that the streaming service has upped the cheese for December, considering the warm, fuzzy feelings associated with the holidays. In that category is the return of beloved TV series Fuller House, featuring the antics of the extended Tanner family, and the classic kids’ (and adults’) movie Jumanji.

If you want more of a comedic or silly feel, then you can always check out Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas or Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.
If you’re immune to the holidays (there are a lot of you out there), Netflix Canada understands. There are still plenty of options in December that don’t fall into the “comfort” category, like suspenseful movie The Hurt Locker and shoot-em-up action film John Wick.
Every month, Netflix Canada and Global News are teaming up to bring you the best movies and TV shows the streaming service has to offer. Feel free to check back throughout the month, as listings may change and new titles may be added. Of course, Netflix Canada offers far more new content than what is offered here — check out their full listings for complete details.
