A Camperville, Manitoba man faces a number of charges after RCMP seized more than a dozen firearms Sunday.

Daniel Joseph Fagnan, 28, was arrested by Winnipegosis RCMP assisted by the Dauphin detachment after executing a search warrant at the home, according to an RCMP news release.

Officers seized 17 firearms, two silencers and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition as well as other weapons and stolen property.

Fagnan is scheduled to appear in court in Dauphin Monday.

Camperville is located approximately 430 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.
