The Queen City elected four fresh faces to city council on Wednesday night with six other councillor being re-elected in their wards.
Below is Regina’s council representatives :
Ward 1 – Barbara Young – 67%
Young is the incumbent councillor of Ward 1 in Regina. This marks her second term as councillor.
Ward 2 – Bob Hawkins – 37%
Hawkins’ is the incumbent councillor of Ward 2 in Regina. This marks his second term as councillor.
Ward 3- Andrew Stevens – 65%
Stevens’ is a local professor at the University of Regina. Incumbent Ward 3 councillor Shawn Fraser decided not to run. This marks Stevens’ first term as councillor.
Ward 4 – Lori Bresciani – 40%
Bresciani has previous experience working in both public and private sectors. She has beat out incumbent Ward 4 councillor Bryon Burnett. This marks her first term as councillor.

Ward 5- John Findura – 88%
Findura is the incumbent councillor of Ward 5 in Regina. This marks his third term as councillor.
Ward 6- Joel Murray – 27%
Joel Murray is the son of incumbent Ward 6 councillor Wade Murray. This marks his first term as councillor.
Ward 7- Sharron Bryce – 43%
Bryce is the incumbent councillor of Ward 7 in Regina. This marks her fifth term as councillor.
Ward 8 – Mike O’Donnell – 57%
O’Donnell is the incumbent councillor of Ward 8 in Regina. This marks his fourth term as councillor.
Ward 9 – Jason Mancinelli – 53%
Mancinelli is a local business owner, and has not yet served as a municipal councillor.
Terry Hincks was the incumbent councillor for Ward 9. His name remained on the ballot despite his death on Oct. 14th.
Ward 10 – Jerry Flegel – 59%
Flegel is the incumbent councillor of Ward 10 in Regina. This marks his fourth term as councillor.
