KASABONIKA LAKE , Ont. – A 30-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder after the death of another a man at Kasabonika Lake First Nation in northern Ontario.
Provincial police say an officer with the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service responded to a report of a disturbance outside a residence on Wednesday.

They say 54-year-old Alec Tom McKay was taken for medical treatment and was later pronounced dead by medical staff.
Police say George Darren McKay has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances around the death.
Kasabonika Lake First Nation is located about 450 kilometres northeast of Sioux Lookout, Ont., and is accessible by air and winter road.
