About 200 job seekers attended a career fair at the Calgary Zoo on Thursday.
The organization is hoping to hire staff for 15 seasonal positions.
“We are looking for people for guest relations,” the Calgary Zoo’s Karen Longdon explained. “So they would be doing things like access control, our turnstiles, selling day admissions, memberships, special event tickets. So its mostly at the entryway and the gates and admissions area.”
Those who attended were offered free parking and zoo admission.
