KELOWNA – Contrary to some media reports, a high-risk sex offender is not moving to Kelowna.
Andrew Aurie Jefferson is about to be released from prison on parole after being convicted in 2013 of an attempted stabbing and vehicle theft in Langley.
Parole Board of Canada spokesperson, Patrick Story, says privacy laws prevent the public disclosure of where Jefferson will live.
