Police are treating the death of a New Brunswick man whose body was found more than a week ago as a homicide.
The RCMP say they have confirmed the body discovered near Renous on May 21 is that of Wayne Rattray of Tilley.

They say the 59-year-old man was last seen in the early hours of March 2 at his home on Walker Road, which was destroyed by fire later that day.

Also, they say a pickup truck belonging to Rattray was found engulfed in flames on a lane off Highway 109 in Three Brooks on March 7.
Police are investigating, and are asking anyone with information about the case to contact them.
