The internet went bonkers over a video that surfaced showing what looked to be an altercation between Canadian musician Justin Bieber and recording artist Post Malone.
TMZ video shows Bieber touching a lit cigarette to Malone’s arm at a club in Houston, Texas last week.
Malone seems to barely notice Bieber’s actions, but then a photo surfaced showing Malone grabbing the 22-year-old by the throat. (It isn’t clear what night the photo was taken.)
Bieber looks shocked and genuinely scared, but shortly after, the rapper posted a series of tweets insisting that he and Bieber are friends, and he would never seek to hurt him.
Bieber himself took to Instagram to clear up the matter.
So what really happened? It seems the public will just have to take the two celebs at their words.
