Television network CBS has searched long and hard for an actor to play MacGyver in its reboot of the show, and at long last, they’ve finally cast the role.

Lucas Till, 25, who had roles in films like X-Men: Days of Future Past and Hannah Montana: The Movie, will be the titular MacGyver.

Made famous by Richard Dean Anderson in the original series, which ran from 1985 to 1992, MacGyver was about a secret agent and troubleshooter who could solve every problem with his resourcefulness.
