TORONTO – Two people were hospitalized after a two-car collision in a major intersection late Saturday night.
Police were called to the intersection of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue around 10:45 p.m. after two cars collided and hopped up onto the sidewalk.
One of the vehicles, a Ferrari, struck the CIBC bank branch on the southeast corner.
One pedestrian was struck and police said his injuries are serious but non-life-threatening. No charges have been laid, as police say the crash was caused by a driver’s medical condition.
