It’s all part of the school’s Grade 5 media program.

Students learned about journalistic storytelling and television news production, including the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a TV newscast.

The students will even have the chance to produce their own news reports during the winter.

“It was cool to have a videojournalist [David Sedell] come in to our class and talk to us for an hour and showing and explaining how to be a good VJ and what makes you a good one,” said Eliad Ohana, a Grade 5 student.

Keep your eye on this page to see some of the stories that will be produced by United Talmud Torah students!
