TORONTO – A second arrest has been made in connection to a Richmond Hill double homicide that claimed the lives of two teenagers in 2014.
Premier Hoang, 18 and Brenda Pathammavong, 16, were found fatally shot inside a car near 172 Centre Street on Jan. 8, 2014. A third male was also injured but survived, police said.

Investigators believed the shooting was targeted and had been seeking two suspects related to the shooting.
Timothy Doug-Hyun Lee, 24, of Mississauga was arrested on May 2015 and charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

York Regional Police said Kevin Khang Pham was arrested Nov. 18 in Vancouver on a Canada-wide warrant and faces the same charges.
Pham is scheduled to appear in court Friday while Lee will appear on Dec. 9.
