TORONTO – The two people found dead in Richmond Hill early Wednesday morning have been identified as a 15-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man.
The two victims, along with a third man who remains in critical condition, were found by police when they were investigating the sound of gunshots near 172 Centre Street in Richmond Hill.
All three victims were found inside of a car suffering from gunshot wounds.
So far evidence suggests the shooting was targeted, police said.
The 18-year-old murder victim has been identified as Premier Hoang. The 15-year-old girl has not been named yet because she is a relative of the man still in hospital and police are hoping to protect his identity.
Police are looking for two male suspects.
Police are asking people with any information to contact them or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
