PICTOU, N.S. – Four people, ranging in age 5-17, remain in hospital with serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash on Pictou Island, N.S.
Pictou County RCMP received a 911 call about the crash shortly before 5:00 p.m. Saturday, and made their way to the island by boat, along with EHS.

All four of the victims were transported by military helicopter to a hospital in Halifax, where they remain. Police will not disclose what types of injuries they received.

RCMP are still working to determine what led to the crash.
