Police asking businesses for video in missing person investigation

SASKATOON – Police are asking downtown businesses for help in a missing person investigation. Kandice Singbeil, 32, has not been seen since May 25.

The last sighting of Singbeil was when she was spotted riding her bike about 8 a.m. that day in the 200-block of 3rd Avenue South.

Singbeil’s bicycle is a very distinctive dark coloured men’s “Supercycle Cruiser Classic” with whitewall tires and a faux wood grain guard chain.

Police are asking businesses for any street or alley security camera footage beginning in the morning of May 25 through to May 27 that might help them with their investigation.

“We’re actively looking for her, we’re asking for the public’s help, we’re asking for people in the downtown area for video and the investigation is ongoing,” said Saskatoon police Const. Bill Bergeron.

Singbeil is Caucasian, five-foot four, 166 pounds with shoulder-length brown and blond hair and brown eyes. She has a pierced lower lip and wears glasses.
