EDMONTON – RCMP in Athabasca are investigating the sudden death of an elderly man.
Officers say the man was found in a field after abandoning his vehicle.

RCMP are asking anyone who may have information to contact the RCMP in Athabasca at (780) 675-5122.

No other information was released and RCMP are not commenting further.
Athabasca is about 145 kilometres north of Edmonton.
