| Fresh Mussels cleaned, beards removed Heavy CreamChicken StockWhite Wine Chipotle (puree) Garlic (puree) Caramelized Onion Sidecar Seasoning Chimmichurri Butter Knob Banana pepper rings Fresh baguette |
| 1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil over high heat2. Reduce heat and gentle boil for 1 min.3. Add mussels and turn to high.4. Cover and cook for 1.5 -2 minutes 5. Use tongs to individually place mussels in serving bowl. 6. Pour remaining broth over mussels 7. Warm baguette in oven and place with mussels. | |

| Packed fresh Italian parsley leavesPacked fresh cilantro leavesPacked fresh oregano leaves Medium garlic cloves Red wine vinegar Medium red onion Red Pepper Flakes Kosher salt Extra Virgin Olive Oil Vegetable oil |
| Method and Preparation Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well blended and has a grainy texture, approximately 1-2 minutes. Transfer into sealed container and refrigerate. Will keep for up to 10 days properly refrigerated |
