Actor Benicio Del Toro adds: “If she doesn’t consent, or she can’t consent, it’s rape, it’s assault.”

The 60-second video is part of 1 is 2 Many, a White House initiative that comes three months after Obama and Biden created the White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault.

According to the 1 is 2 Many website, one in five young women will be a victim of sexual assault while they are in college.
