WINNIPEG – Police had a home on Selkirk Avenue surrounded late Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the home at around 11:30 a.m.

Police blocked off a section of Selkirk Avenue between McKenzie and Parr Streets.
Two people, a man and a woman, were seen coming out of the home and were later arrested by police.
It’s not known why police had the home surrounded.
The Winnipeg Police Service public information office was closed over the weekend.
