MONCTON – An 18-year-old man is facing a first-degree murder charge after a fire that tore through a Moncton home leaving one man dead last week.
Devin Morningstar was formally charged with first degree murder and arson on Monday afternoon.

Police say they are also looking for two other suspects in their investigation; 20-year-old Marisa Shephard and 18-year-old Tyler Noel.
The two are pictured here. Police also say Noel has tattoos on his right forearm with the words mom, dad and Mary as well as tattoos on his skull.
The victim of the fire, which happened on December 17 at a home on Sumac Street, was identified as 18-year-old Baylee Wylie.
Police now say the investigation is now focusing on the circumstances surrounding his death.
