FORT QU’APPELLE, Sask. – A 17-year-old boy who had been the subject of a missing persons search has been found dead in Fort Qu’Appelle.
On Tuesday RCMP found Lane Guggenmos dead in the river about 100 meters east of the pedestrian bridge in Fort Qu’Appelle.
Guggenmos was reported missing by RCMP on November 28th. The underwater recovery team was able to locate his body in the river.

An autopsy has been ordered for Guggenmos and police are continuing their investigation.
