CALGARY – If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate Father’s Day this year, there are plenty of events around Calgary that are dedicated to dads.

Father’s Day is on Sunday, June 21st, 2015.

Here’s a list of local events that may please your papa:

If you have a foodie father

Father’s Day Brunch at Heritage Park
Where: Heritage Park
When: 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2015
What: Brunch on the mezzanine of the Gasoline Alley Museum
Cost: Adults – $31.95 + GST, Child (Under 12) – $21.95 + GST, Children 2 and under – Free
Admission is required to enter the Gasoline Alley Museum to attend the Brunch. Gate admission is extra and not included in the price of the Brunch Ticket. Discounted admission to Gasoline Alley Museum is available to guests attending the Brunch. Call 403-268-8500 to purchase tickets.

If your dad is an animal lover

Father’s Day Brunch at the Calgary Zoo
Where: The Calgary Zoo
When: 9 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. on June 21, 2015
What: Celebrate Father’s Day with brunch at the Calgary Zoo. There will be a craft table for kids so they can make a gift for dad.

If your dad is adventurous

Rad Dad Day at Calaway Park
Where: Calaway Park
When: Sunday, June 21st (10 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
What: Dads and Granddads get in free when they come with their kids.
Cost: Free (if you’re a dad/granddad with kids)

If your dad is athletic

Do it For Dads walk and run
When: Sunday, June 21st.
What: A 5 km walk and run to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer.
Cost: $35 registration or fundraise $125 to waive your registration fee

If your dad loves planes

Wings and Wheels Father’s Day Weekend
Where: Aero Space Museum of Calgary
When: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 20 & 21, 2015
What: Visit vintage vehicles from local car clubs or take a helicopter ride (weather permitting).
Cost: Fathers may attend this event for free when attending with at least one paid admission. Tickets available at the door or online.
