Bowman will also announce which councillors will be members of Executive Policy Committee, the mayor’s inner circle.
Bowman was the surprise winner of the Oct. 22 election.
Longtime NDP politician Judy Wasylycia-Leis held a strong lead in polls from the beginning of the campaign until an October Global News/680 CJOB poll showed the two in a statistical tie.
On election day, Bowman won handily, taking 47.5 per cent of the vote to Wasylycia-Leis’ 24.9 per cent.
