Quebec to shorten COVID-19 vaccine second dose interval for AstraZeneca, Moderna for people 50+

Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé announced on Tuesday that people 50 years and older who received their first COVID-19 vaccine dose of AstraZeneca or Moderna can move up their second dose interval from 16 to eight weeks after the federal government confirmed a new delivery of the vaccines to the province.
