A new youth mental health program that was piloted right here in Kelowna will soon be available right out across the Okanagan.
In this week’s Mental Health Monday we take a look at the ‘Open Parachute’ program that’s being adopted by local school districts in an effort to teach teens coping strategies for mental health struggles.
