Ontario's chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams said on Thursday that there would be a number of questions to ask should they see a spike in new COVID-19 cases as the province reopens, including where it’s occurring, if it's in a contained area or if it is province-wide, among other factors. If widespread, Williams said they’d need to make a decision on whether to alter reopening measures.
