Developer loses bid for sustainable neighbourhood

Troika Developments will go back to their original plan for Diamond Mountain after Kelowna City Council shot down a proposal for an 800 home neighbourhood on the site.

City staff discouraged approval of Troika’s plan because of its proximity to the Kelowna landfill.
