Crown counsel requests no-contact order barring alleged Penticton shooter from contacting ex-wife

The retired city engineer accused of a deadly shooting spree in Penticton last month appeared in provincial court on Wednesday. John Brittain is facing three counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder.
