Conditional discharge for Warman RCMP corporal guilty of assault

An RCMP corporal "snapped" after a series of traumatic calls and assaulted a 19-year-old who was under arrest. Wednesday, corporal Dean Flaman was given a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to the crime earlier this year. Meaghan Craig reports.
