Broken rail cause of Clair, Sask. CN freight train derailment

The investigation into a 2014 CN train derailment in east-central Saskatchewan is now complete. The train was traveling from Winnipeg to Edmonton when some of its cars carrying dangerous material went off the tracks. Joel Senick reports.
