Elijah Blue Allman was arrested again in New Hampshire after police say he broke into a home and was discovered inside, smoking a cigarette on the couch.

Cher said the conservatorship is 'urgently needed' for her son Elijah Blue Allman, who she had during her marriage to musician Gregg Allman.
