Wehby said police do not have suspect information.

According to Wehby, the shooting is not believed to have been random.

Wehby said the motive is unclear, adding that the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information or who may have dashcam or other video footage is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
