SASKATOON – How do people react when someone holds a door open for them or offers to carry their bags?
Surprisingly, some are sceptical of what many would simply consider an act of kindness.
Weather Specialist Kevin Stanfield took to Saskatoon streets to see how people react to random acts of kindness.
He was brightening up their day with a rose.
It is all part of a promotion to raise awareness about the first random act of kindness day taking place in Saskatoon on Nov. 1.
The Saskatoon Community Foundation is spearheading the day and hopes it becomes an annual event.
