RED DEER- RCMP are investigating what appears to be a kidnapping, and needs the public’s help.
Around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, several people inside the ENG apartment building located at 4904 54 Street witnessed what appeared to be a kidnapping.

They reported seeing three men assaulting and dragging a man with dark skin across the parking lot. The victim was only wearing red underwear, and was forced into a white GMC van which then drove off.
The van has since been recovered, but there is no sign of a possible victim.
RCMP are now asking anyone who may be able to identify him or who knows anything about the incident to contact them.
