Canada election results: Prince George–Peace River–Northern Rockies

Global News is projecting that Conservative candidate Bob Zimmer has been elected in the riding of Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies.

With 200 of 225 polls reporting at 11:10 p.m., Zimmer had 59.8 per cent of the vote. Next was NDP candidate Cory Grizz Longley at 14.8 per cent, and the PPC’s Ryan Dyck at 9.7 per cent.

Zimmer has represented the riding since 2011. In 2019, he won with 69.8 per cent.

The riding includes Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Mackenzie, McBride, Valemount and part of the city of Prince George.
