Most of the “ribbers” have been smoking meat for more than a decade and say it’s time Western Canada gets on board with the trend.

Ribfest has teamed up with a favourite bridge city summertime festival, Toontown Smoke Down, which gives amateur meat smokers the chance to try their home-made recipe.

Saskatoon Ribfest has a complete event schedule and prices.
