One person was killed in an incident at a construction site in Cochrane, Alta., on Friday.
Emergency crews were called to RancheView School along Sundown Road at around 8:30 a.m. for reports a 20-year-old man had died.

EMS said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Occupational Health and Safety has also been called in to conduct its own investigation.

Police did not release any further details about the man’s death and said no further details would be released unless the man’s death is deemed criminal in nature.
The town of Cochrane is located about 18 kilometres west of Calgary along Highway 1A.
