Eisenberg, Wasikowska take romance public in Toronto

TORONTO — Actors Jesse Eisenberg and Mia Wasikowska are officially a couple.

The pair, who co-starred in the recently-wrapped comedy The Double, have been spotted in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood several times in the last few weeks.

On Tuesday, Splash News photographer Alastair Macpherson captured them kissing outside Pusateri’s on Bay Street and in a park on Cumberland Street.

The two stars were also photographed walking hand-in-hand.

Earlier this month, Eisenberg and Wasikowska posed for a photo with a fan who spotted them in Yorkville.

Wasikowska, 23, is in the city to work in David Cronenberg’s latest movie Maps to the Stars with Robert Pattinson and Julianne Moore.

The Australian star’s film credits include 2010’s The Kids Are Alright and the 2009 made-in-Toronto film Amelia. She is due back in the city to star in Crimson Peak.

Eisenberg, 29, can currently be seen in the movie Now You See Me and was nominated for an Oscar for his portrayal of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in 2010’s The Social Network.

He is about to start work on Midnight Sun opposite Diane Kruger.
