MOOSE JAW, Sask. – Ethan McIndoe recorded his first career hat trick, while both Samuel Stewart and Jake Neighbours had three assists in the Edmonton Oil Kings’ 7-4 victory over the Moose Jaw Warriors in Western Hockey League action on Wednesday.
Brendan Kuny, Ethan Cap, Dylan Guenther and Riley Sawchuk supplied the rest of the offence for Edmonton (28-7-7) — which has won four in a row and nine of its last 10.
Calder Anderson, Kyle Crosbie, Brayden Tracey and Owen Hardy replied for the Warriors (11-23-2).
Boston Bilous turned aside 47-of-53 shots in defeat.
Beck Warm made 18 saves in just his second start for the Oil Kings. The 20 year old from Whistler, B.C., was acquired in a trade with the Tri-City Americans last week.
Edmonton finished 1 for 2 on the power play, while Moose Jaw failed to convert on their one opportunity with the man advantage.
