Three students were injured after a car hit a portable at St. Mary’s High School in Kitchener on Wednesday afternoon, according to Waterloo Regional Police.
Police say that shortly after 1:15 p.m., a car driven by a Kitchener teen was travelling down Lennox Lewis Way when the 17-year-old allegedly lost control of the vehicle on a curve in the road.

Police say the car left the roadway and hit a cement hydro pole before coming to rest against the portable.
The driver and front-seat passenger did not suffer any notable injuries, according to police.
A female passenger was taken to a Hamilton hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
All three victims were students at St. Mary’s High School, police say.
No one inside the portable was injured, according to police.
Two other passengers were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Police say they believe speed was a factor in the collision and that charges are pending.
Lennox Lewis Way was closed for several hours as police investigated the incident.
