They claim an 18-year-old man in the group then also pulled out a firearm and shot at the man before everyone fled the scene.
Police say 18-year-old Adrian Scott – who was wanted on three charges including discharging a firearm endangering life – was arrested on Saturday and was set to appear in court on Sunday.
Police say they still haven’t identified the other man allegedly involved in the incident, who is described as a black male, but are asking the public for help.
