A 19-year-old man from Paris was killed in a two-vehicle collision in North Dumfries Thursday morning, according to Waterloo Regional Police.
Police say the collision occurred just before 6:30 a.m. on Dumfries Road near Wrigley Road.
The man driving the second vehicle was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

The road remains closed as police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
Police say that while many witnesses remained at the scene of the incident, some may have left. They are asking them to call police.
