York Regional Police have released surveillance video that appears to show a brazen early morning shooting at a Markham home.
Police said a vehicle with at least three men pulled up in front of a home on Macklin Street, in the area of McCowan Road and Highglen Avenue on Thursday, just after 7 a.m.
In the video, it appears one suspect exits the vehicle and begins to shoot into the residence and a second suspect fires from inside the vehicle before it flees the scene.
Police said no one was injured but they do believe the incident was targeted.
