RCMP continue to look for a second suspect in the alleged theft of a defibrillator from Acadia University.
Police say two men were seen on security footage taking the device from the Beveridge Arts Centre on Feb. 8.
A defibrillator is a potentially life-saving device that applies an electric shock to restore the rhythm of a fibrillating heart.
RCMP released photos of the two men Thursday to the media.
By Thursday evening, the defibrillator had been returned to the university. Police say they’ve also been able to identify one of the men.
They are, however, still looking for the second man who is described as having dark skin, wearing dark pants, black parka-style jacket and a ball cap.
